THE BEST PLACE FOR YOUR FAMILY'S JULY VACATION IS HERE!!!

Beautiful house with modern architecture, large kitchen combined with the living room with sofas, armchairs, LCD TV, DVD and surround sound. There is also a table in the kitchen that seats up to 20 people, with all the necessary items for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a great barbecue, all facing the 8 x 4 tiled pool.
There are two suites, one on the ground floor with a double bed and a bunk bed, LCD TV and a dresser for clothes, the other suite on the upper floor has a quenn bed, a bunk bed, built-in closet and LCD TV!
In addition to the bathrooms of the suites, there is the third bathroom, all with new heated showers! NOTE: All TVs are new as well !!!
The garage has a capacity for up to 4 cars and the front of the house has a beautiful balcony with hammocks for a delicious rest!
The house is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, with little traffic because it is a neighborhood that does not have exits to other neighborhoods, and also has supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies 5 min from the house !!!
