The hotel was very clean! The staff were nice in general. Valet was good. The shuttle service staff was excellent/very friendly. The hotel pool was nice but someone needs to clean it. There were drinks everywhere and hair floating in the pool. Suggestions : There was a lot of light outside of the window all night long so the room wasn’t completely dark. Clean the hotel pool constantly. We paid $1200 for a suite a night, those things should be fixed for the price people are paying to stay. We would return to this hotel ! overall A-!

This is our third annual stay, and this year didn't disappoint. Not only did we get to check in early we also received an upgrade. We truly enjoyed our beach shuttle driver Derrick! We had a great visit and can't wait untlil next year!

Hotel is great, good food , service was exceptional and amenities were top notch . Only complaint is the pull out sofa bed not too comfortable so if your room has option for 4 to stay and there is only one bed opt for two beds instead of sofa bed.

First visit to this relatively new, large hotel on LBI, on the site of the former Quarter Deck Inn. The hotel sits between the main junction coming onto the island, yet the rooms were quiet and road noise was not an issue. We stayed with 5 in the room including 3 kids, everyone was comfortable. The kitchenette with full fridge was nice, as was the balcony. Kids enjoyed exploring the hotel, we visited the pool twice, the rooftop for bay to ocean and sunset views, we rented bikes and beach. Hairs, took the shuttle to the beach. Dinner from the Living Room was nice, and our dinner at Salt was amazing!! We had a great stay, and despite this being a large hotel by LBI standards, the staff made it feel more like a small bed and breakfast. They had a great attitude and were always giving us a friendly greeting or offering some tips for exploring the island.
