My first time staying. Staff was not friendly. Staff at the restaurants were very unorganized didn’t get orders correctly. I was just disappointed being it was an upscale hotel.. had a fire in the second floor we were evacuated. Not once heard anything positive going back into our rooms.

The room was great. Room was more spacious than other visits I have had there thru recent years. The hotel was not busy with guests so the only downside was they would not extend my checkout past 11:30 Am n had only checked in at 7:30 pm on Friday due to weather.
