Nestled in the heart of Polignano a Mare's historic center Dimora Elia is a recently renovated two-level tuff stone house with two terraces, one of them with sea view.

Dating back 150 years and recently renovated, the accommodation blends timeless historical charm and modern amenities. It has 2 terraces, one of which has a sea view, both for the exclusive use of guests, can accommodate up to 5 people and is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi.

Dimora Elia is accessed from a side street of Piazza San Benedetto in the heart of the historic center of Polignano a Mare through a door that opens onto a stone staircase that leads to the first floor.

In the entrance living room there are 2 poufs, a french mezzanine bed and a hallway that leads to the master double bedroom and an elegant bathroom with shower. Located in the hallway there is a gated hatch with a ladder which leads to the second bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-size bed and a small bathroom with shower.

From the entrance living room on the first floor there is another stone staircase that leads to the second floor where we find a sun-drenched living area and kitchen equipped with gas burners, oven, sink, fridge and snack counter with stools. The kitchen gives access to the first terrace equipped with a shade cloth, outdoor table and chairs and laundry room with washing machine, dryer and toilet. The barbecue on the terrace cannot be used for safety reasons.

For those seeking more tranquility there is also a staircase that leads to the roof top private terrace with the mesmerizing view of the azure sea and solarium area equipped with sun lounger, armchair and outdoor shower.

Dimora Elia is about 600 m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 400 m from the famous beach of Lama Monachile,. Bari Airport is 51 km away and Brindisi Airport is 79 km away. The house is about 11 km from Monopoli, 16 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 30 km from Alberobello, 35 km from Locorotondo, 42 km from Cisternino, 43 km from Martina Franca, 50 km from Ostuni, 99 km from Matera and 118 km from Lecce. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
