Astonishing sea views. Beachfront modern & comfy house with private swimmingpool
If you are a lover of the sun and the beach, and what you are looking for is a private villa on the sea and with a splendid view of the Mediterranean, this house in Puerto Pollensa will be your preferred choice for your next holiday in Mallorca.
Villa Llenaire can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and it is divided in 2 floors. On the top floor you will find the living room, the dining room and the beautiful terrace with impressive views of Pollensa Bay, and also the fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor the 4 bedrooms (3 double bedded, and 1 twin bedded), 3 bathrooms and the laundry.
The swimming pool area on the backyard is equipped with sunbeds and towels, outdoor bathroom, and it is fenced which makes it perfect for children. Ping pong table and barbecue are also available.
Der kleine Supermarkt (Spar) in StrandnĂ€he hat alles Wichtige, was man zwischendurch mal braucht.
What attracted us to book this villa was the view of the sea and it really is as good as the photos! Apart from the view, the villa has all you would need, I nice big pool, air-conditioned bedrooms and has been recently decorated, in particular the upstairs living area is very pleasant. It is quite a walk along the beachfront to most of the shops and restaurants (about 25minutes) but it is an enjoyable walk. There is a very nice local Mallorcan restaurant next door but one which we thoroughly enjoyed, the owner was also very friendly with great recommendations. There were only a few negatives, the Wifi was not great and only worked upstairs, which is not air-conditioned and got very hot despite keeping all the shutters down. Downstrairs smelt a bit damp and when we arrived a de-humidifier was in operation but due to the noise we decided to turn off. The downstairs's air-conditioning vents out into the pool eating area which was noisy and hot which was not perfect. Despite this, overall it was a good place to stay.
Excellent views - easy to find - ideal for those who want "full on" self-catering. Ample space to sit around in - quiet location - pleasant surroundings. The most comfortable beds EVER! Lovely swimming pool but was cold so didn't dare dip! I will definitely be back with my family but in warmer climes, VERY SOON.
NEGATIVES: No welcome pack with local details - no cleaning if you are staying for a week. NO HAIRDRYER - although I went to the hotel to ask - there was no-one at reception so asked the lady on the ground floor to pass a message! No contact or acknowledgement. All the other apartments have provided hair dryer/iron etc. so was a tad disappointed ! Also, there is NO temperature control/heater/cooler on the ground floor and if you are going off season, it can get very cold - the fireplace is more aesthetic/visual than functional and also, if you are visiting height of season, no air conditioning! But as there was no-one to ask, elderly mum felt the cold! No blankets either! N.B from the point of health & safety perspective, the curtains need to shortened to length as they are hanging on the floor by a good 3 feet! Again, children and elderly, BE CAREFUL!
Recommendation would be to provide a hair dryer - shorten the curtains, provide some blankets and definitely a welcome pack to advise of amenities/supermarket/places to eat/ entertainment for children, etc.
All in all - excellent stay - fantastic views - great little town - only down the road from Alcudia Old town - a must if you are there!

A lovely villa with lots of space and fantastic views
We've had a very enjoyable holiday staying at Villa Llenair. There were 5 of us in total - my husband and I and our 3 grown up children, and there was plenty of space for us all. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the sitting room and terrace overlooking the sea were particularly lovely, because of the views. The villa is about 20-25 minutes walk into the centre of town, a walk we really enjoyed, because it followed the coastline for the whole distance, and provided welcome exercise after the excellent meals we had. (We did tend to eat out in the evenings, because there were so many really good and reasonably priced restaurants to choose from - favourites 'Stay' and 'Zarzales' - although there were plenty of utensils etc at the house if we wanted to eat in.) We stayed at the villa for the first 2 weeks of May, and the weather was rather cold and cloudy for much of the time, and the pool was freezing! Nevertheless, we did swim and we did have a very relaxing holiday.
We have stayed in villas across Europe for many years, and this villa competes with the best of them. On reflection, we would have appreciated a welcome pack, which some villas provide with e.g. tea, coffee, sugar - and we would have found it helpful to have more mugs and more cleaning equipment i.e. jay cloth, dish cloth, more than one tea towel, and a Visitors' Book, recommending where to go and what to see - but these are very minor things. We definitely plan to return to Villa Llenair in the future - but probably a bit later in the year next time.
