Charming holiday home located just below the majestic Serra de Tramuntana, in the municipality of Pollensa. This refuge is ideal for those seeking to disconnect and enjoy the peace and serenity offered by the island, as it is located in a very quiet area of the Son March valley, but only 5 km from the picturesque town of Pollensa and the stunning beaches of Puerto Pollensa. This privileged location allows you to be close to all services and the vibrant local life, while enjoying the calm and beauty of nature in its maximum expression.



The villa is completely distributed on a single floor. The dwelling is furnished with great style and comfort, offering three bright and cosy bedrooms, all with adjustable air conditioning to ensure a pleasant temperature at all times. The two bathrooms in the house are equipped with all the necessary elements, guaranteeing comfort and functionality. The house has been decorated in a traditional Mallorcan style, creating a relaxing and homely atmosphere.



The exterior of the villa is equally charming, perfectly integrated into the mountainous and rural environment. It has a spacious terrace with a swimming pool, surrounded by shaded areas provided by trees and pergolas, which offer the ideal place to relax or enjoy a refreshing drink while contemplating the landscape. The pool is the perfect place to cool off during the hot summer days, while the terrace invites you to spend long hours enjoying the tranquillity of the place.



In addition, the villa has an outdoor barbecue area, equipped with a sink and sufficient space to prepare delicious outdoor meals, which makes the evenings a unique experience. It also has an additional outdoor shower bathroom, allowing you to enjoy the pool area without the need to enter the house.



Without a doubt, this villa is the perfect refuge to enjoy a peaceful holiday, in full contact with nature and surrounded by a spectacular landscape. Important information to take into account:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.

Nice Finca with stunning mountain views

We really enjoyed our stay at this Finca. If you love to be in nature and want to enjoy the mountains - this is you must go place. The views are lovely and its a super quiet area. For biking you are close the to roads up to Lluc. And for hiking your have plenty of possibilities nearby. The house is a old stone house but its in good state (nothing super modern, but with a great atmosphere). A really typical Finca for Mallorca. We would come back.

A wonderful family holiday in the mountains

A beautiful peaceful location, excellent pool area, lots of shade, lovely villa with great eating areas. Surrounded by fields and lambs in a special valley. Thank you Sealand and Melanie we will be booking with you again. No oven gloves. Shower in spare bathroom needs a shower curtain. Beds are a bit basic, a topper would address this.

Très belle maison avec un cadre magnifique. La vue sur les montagnes est exceptionnelle. Nous avons profiter de la piscine, du barbecue et de la terrasse. Pas de voisin à proximité, besoin d'une voiture pour se déplacer car les plus proches commerces sont à 10min en voiture.Hôte très réactif, nous étions 6 et conseillons ce logement !

Die Aussicht der Finca ist super, sowie der Pool und die Sitzgelegenheit unter dem Vordach! Wir hatten eine super Zeit! Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Kleiderschränke könnten besser eingerichtet sein, um mehr Kleidung zu verstauen.

Ruhig gelegene Finca mit unschlagbarem Blick auf das Gebirge

Die Aussicht auf das Gebirge ist unschlagbar. Der Pool war für uns (4 Personen) groß genug und der sanfte Übergang vom flachen in den tiefen Bereich war vor allem für unsere Kinder super! Die Zimmeraufteilung und -größe hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Genauso wie die sehr gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat genug Küchengeräte und Utensilien. Der Außenbereich war sehr gut gepflegt. Auch ein Lob sowohl an Sealand Villas als auch an die Eigentümer die sich sehr schnell gemeldet und sehr schnell helfen konnten! Danke nochmal dafür! Gut wäre einen Hinweis im Haus zu hinterlegen wo der Wäscheständer bzw. die Aufhängung zu finden ist. Diese haben wir erst nach Nachfragen gefunden (befindet sich rechts an der Außenmauer des Grillbereichs -). Die Kaffeemaschine und der Wasserkocher müssen dringend entkalkt oder erneuert werden. Die Dichtung der Glaswand der Duschkabine (Bad en Suite) sollte kontrolliert werden.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist in der Finca genau richtig. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Die nächste Stadt Pollenca ist auch sehr schön. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Gebirge ist unbezahlbar. Der Pool ist toll! Durch die angrenzende Schafherde sind viele Mücken da und die Glocken der Schafe hört man auch nachts . Aber uns hat es nicht gestört !! Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub!! Vielen Dank 😊

Sehr schöne Finca außerhalb von Polenca (ca. 5 km, Auto zwingend erforderlich). Atemberaubender Blick auf die Berge. Toller Pool, schöne überdachte Terrasse. Super Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und Radfahren. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war sehr gut und schnell, der Check-in und Check-out vollkommen problemlos (Schlüsselbox). Es gibt ein paar verbesserungswürdige Punkte: die Klimaanlage in einem der Schlafzimmer war defekt (Luftverteilerklappe war zu und ließ sich nicht bewegen). Das Haupthaus ist nicht klimatisiert, dort war es unerträglich heiß. Keine Fliegengitter. Die Türen zur Terrasse haben nur ganz einfache Schlösser und dünne Scheiben. Das Tor zum Grundstück lässt sich nicht verschließen, es gibt keine Alarmanlage. Da das Grundstück sehr abgelegen ist, haben wir uns nachts nicht wirklich sicher gefühlt. Der winzige Möbeltresor war defekt. Basisausstattung für die Preisklasse eher spartanisch, z.B. kein Wäscheständer.

Die Finca war sehr sauber, der Aussenbereich sehr schön, traumhafter Blick auf die Berge und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Besonders der Poolbereich hat uns absolut überzeugt! Doch leider kam es bei unserem Aufenthalt zu einem Vorfall, aufgrunddessen wir unseren Aufenthalt kurzfristig abbrechen mussten. Um 1 Uhr nachts stand mindestens ein Mann vor der Eingangstür und wollte sich Zugang zu der Finca verschaffen, woraufhin wir die Polizei verständigten. Nach dem versuchten Einbruch/Überfall sahen wir unsere Sicherheit und vor allem der drei Kleinkinder nicht mehr gewährleistet. Dadurch mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abbrechen und sind in ein Hotel gezogen. Leider lässt sich das Einfahrtstor nicht verschließen & jeder kann ganz einfach das Grundstück betreten. Sehr schade! Leider fehlenden auch Fensterläden, u.a. fehlen Fensterläden an den beiden Terrassentüren, die in den Wohnbereich führen. Sealand Villas hat leider trotz des Vorfalls kein Verständnis für unsere Lage gezeigt.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Der Außenbereich ist einfach toll! Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Und in den Schränken in den Schlafzimmern fehlen Regale, um die Klamotten vernünftig einzusortieren.
