Cavall Bernat 14 - Majorca Villa by the beach

Villa Cavall Bernat in the north of Mallorca is perfect for a trip with family or friends. The property is located by the sea (300 m from Cala Barques beach) and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space for 14 people. The villa has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. There is plenty of space to share moments together and cosy retreats when you need some downtime. With central heating the house can be used all year round. Its also a perfect location for Hiking and cycling groups, Remote Workers or Teambuilding Events.



The north of Mallorca is unspoilt and cosy. A destination with an enticingly varied landscape that has its charms in all seasons. The coves of Cala San Vicente are framed by spectacular rock formations, the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana. There are four coves here: Cala Barques, Cala Clara, Cala Molins and Cala Carbó. The first three beaches are characterised by fine, white sand. They captivate with crystal-clear water.



Pollença is about 7 km away. Time seems to have stood still here. Over the years, the town has managed to keep mass tourism at bay. Its originality, the old walls and winding streets, the Plaça Mayor with its small cafés and restaurants enchant its visitors.

Mallorca Magic

We were a mixed age group of young adults and 50-60 year old adults and the house was perfect for everyone. The location was also wonderful.right near a lively beach and also across for the bus stop is clean and easy to use to get around the island.

Very nice house and very well equipped. Really nice views and nice and big swimming pool. Nice and quite neighborhood. We expected to hace direct access to the sea and that was not the case, although the beach was very close.

Beautiful location, just a couple of minutes from a cute little beach

Beautiful location, just a couple of minutes from a cute little beach. This was the perfect house for our family as we had some children as well and they cluld go to sleep in peace whilst we still enjoyed the common areas in the evenings. Lots of opportunities for private spaces but also spaces to come together. Martina was very communicative and we had no issues whatsoever. The swimming pool water was quite cold but perhaps because we were there off season. Would highly recommend this place!

The most wonderful week away with friends and kids ages 6-10 at this incredible villa

The most wonderful week away with friends and kids ages 6-10 at this incredible villa. It is 1 minute’s walk to the beach, a little cove with lifeguards and some restaurants. There is a Spar supermarket around the corner and It is around 10 mins drive to the portto the town, both of which have more shops, restaurants and amenities. The villa itself is exactly like the pictures, although the proximity to the sea and the beautiful view feel even better when you’re there. The bedrooms were lovely, as well as the common parts. We enjoyed meals on the terrace, swims in the pool and the kids enjoyed relaxing in the living room with the giant TV too! Many meals were made in the well-stocked kitchen, and Martina was extremely responsive and helpful when needed. Can’t recommend this place more highly!

Wat en prachtig huis op een uniek plekje Mooi ingericht, zeer volledig! Schoon, mooi uitzicht, heel erg ruim een prachtig zwembad en een geweldig mooie tuin! Wij hebben er een heerlijke week gehad met ons gezin! Aardige eigenaresse! Jammer was het niet verwarmde zwembad.. maar veel gebruik gemaakt van de verwarmde jacuzzi!

Ein wundervoller Urlaub in einer wundervollen Residenz

Der Aufenthalt dieses Jahr während unseres Herbsturlaubes war traumhaft. Das Anwesen ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern von Frau Prager. Die liebe Begrüßung auch vor Ort war sehr, sehr herzlich und der ganze Buchungsablauf verlief sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles macht einen sehr großzügigen und gepflegten Eindruck. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere auch in der großzügig gestalteten Küche, ist für große Gruppen wie unsere. Es war perfekt. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Auch der Außengrill war einfach wunderbar und ideal für das Grillen von Fisch . Auch ein kleines Begrüßungspaket mit Käse und Wurst stand für uns bereit. Einen Minuspunkt muss ich leider doch vergeben: der Pool war wirklich sehr sehr kalt, was uns leider davon abhielt, den Pool zu benutzen. Das war leider etwas ärgerlich. Den Kindern machte es aber nichts aus, sie spielten trotzdem und hatten ihren Spaß im Pool. Also rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub, ganz lieben Dank! Den Pool beheizen…:-)

Gerne wieder

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit insgesamt 14 Personen in der Villa verbracht. Die Villa ist das schönste Haus im kleinen Ort Cala St. Vincenc und ist sehr gut ausgestattet (en Suite Badezimmer, Klima, große Küche, 16 m Pool). Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Es gibt sehr viel Platz, auch für 14 Personen. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und liegen in verschiedenen Winkeln des Hauses, so daß genügend Privatsphäre für den Einzelnen bleibt. Besonders hat uns die gemütliche Terrasse gefallen. 14 Personen konnten dort an einem Tisch mit Blick aufs Meer sitzen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unsere Ansprechpartnerinnen war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so daß wir den Urlaub rundum sorglos genießen konnten.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar, wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus und Grundstück super wohl gefühlt. Besonders die vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten haben wir besonders geliebt. Die Küche hat wirklich Spaß gemacht. Die traumhafte Bucht war zu Fuß in einer Minute mit Kleinkindern erreichbar. Direkt am Haus ging ein Wanderweg los wo man in Richtung Berge wandern konnte. Wir waren extrem happy mit der Lage, waren aber auch durch ein Mietauto mobil. Vielen Dank für alles liebe Martina.

Diese Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie liegt direkt am Meer. Die Poolanlage ist sehr weitläufig und sauber. Der Garten ist der Hammer. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Wenn man wirklich in den Krümeln sucht , könnten die Betten in manchen Zimmern etwas optimiert werden. Manche stehen nicht fest auf dem Boden sondern auf rollen. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Sehr zu empfehlen und man bekommt was für sein Geld.
