Casa Merila is a modern house on two floors, just 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente, a few km from Pollença.



It consists of a bright and modern living room thanks to its windows that have views of the sea. It has plasma TV, satellite, DVD and air conditioning. The kitchen is modern and very comfortable, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and even air conditioning. It also has an exterior exit that leads directly to the pool area and the terraces.



It has the four bedrooms, as well as a guest toilet. Two of these bedrooms (one double and one double) are located on the ground floor of the house. The other two bedrooms are a double and a marriage. Each of the four bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom (one of them with a bathtub, and the other three with a shower). In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
