This dream finca is secluded in the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains, in the northwest of the island, near the pretty town of Pollenca.
The building of thick stone walls is 250 years old and has been thoroughly renovated, while the original peculiarities and the character of the house were taken into account and combined with modern comforts.

The large entrance door wooden door leads directly into the living room with stone walls, terracotta floors, wooden ceiling beams, fireplace, cozy seating elements and satellite TV.
Through a brick arch leads from here into the dining room and a modern kitchen with all amenities, and a bathroom with shower.

3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 open reading room with 2 extra beds (for children) are located in the 1st. Floor.

The swimming pool is located in a natural, but well-kept garden with olive trees and is, if possible, fed by mountain water - very unique in Mallorca.
In spring and autumn ripples in the distance a waterfall from the mountain Tomir in the magical, unspoilt valley with almond trees and many native birds.

The stylish city Pollenca offers its visitors, many typical cafes, restaurants, galleries and boutiques, as well as shopping. On Sundays there is a big weekly market on the church.
