It is a privileged area surrounded by nature and green areas, only 3 km from the beach.The house is surrounded by trees and a swimming pool of generous dimensions. It has six bedrooms (3 doubles and 3 singles), one bathroom with bath and three with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning hot/cold, wifi, a large terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue area, where you can enjoy with family and friends a nice sunset with its views of the mountains.We recommend you to visit Pollensa, about 3 km away. A charming Mallorcan village, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the village square such as "Q11" and "U Plaça" and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well known Calvario stairs, 365 steps that take us to the highest part of the village where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the village and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The Pollensa golf course is just a few kilometres from the house.And if you like to relax on the fine white sand of the beaches, you can't miss the stunning beach of Cala de Sant Vicente with its crystal clear blue waters.( PALMERA - ETV/1281 )
