Port de Pollensa is a popular tourist resort located in the north of Mallorca. Its long sandy beach and its wide range of excellent restaurants and cafes, attracts families and all those who wish to enjoy the sun, sand and sea during their stay in Mallorca. The bay of Port de Pollensa is lined with pine and palm trees and offers an attractive landscape also for cyclists, who are a common sight on the winding road towards one of the island's famous attractions, the natural paradise of the Formentor peninsula. Due to its location, Port de Pollensa is also an excellent choice for those wishing to explore the beautiful hiking routes in the Tramuntana mountain range, just an hour's drive from the town.
Port de Pollensa is a family friendly location, between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, in the north of Mallorca. In the surroundings you will find many restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars - everything you need for an independent stay. The beach is fine sandy and there you can rent sun beds and umbrellas or have a drink at one of the beach bars. The village of Pollença is famous for its picturesque old town, the Calvari, the Pont Romà and the stone streets. During the low season you can make excursions in the Tramuntana mountains, e.g. to Cala Bóquer, Formentor or the monastery of Lluc. By bus you can reach Puerto de Alcúdia, Formentor, Alcúdia and Pollença village.
The area
The flat is situated on the first floor of the building with the neighbourhood of the neighbours. It has a private balcony of 20m2 equipped, where you can enjoy an al fresco dinner after a sunny day at the beach. The living-dining room has A/C and access to the open kitchen. The living room has a TV with satellite channels. If you feel like cooking, there is a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob with electric oven, a Nespresso machine and a microwave. You can choose between 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms with shower and a washing machine with ironing board complete the equipment. We can provide a cot and a highchair on request.

There is a tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, the so-called Ecotasa. This tax is compulsory for all guests, except those under 16 years of age. The amount is 2,2 Eur per day per guest in high season and 0,55 Eur per day per guest in low season. It is halved from the 9th night onwards.
The deposit of 300 Eur will be held by credit card and the guest must provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days of departure.

Great appartment in an excellent location
Location is great and appartment as well.
Airco is certainly too weak to make entire apartment chill. If hot outsde all bedrooms needs to be open at night. Its a pity that every room does not have an airco. I would also change the sofa. Its peeling off already, which makes bad impression, while entire apparment is very good.
