Nice house in the town of Pollença which offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is very well located, right next to the bus station, a municipal car park, a children's playground, and various useful establishments such as bakeries, stationeries, shops, pharmacy, the health center, as well as various restaurants and bars.
The house has a large interior outside zone, in which there is a nice swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, and an area shelted from the sun with table and chairs and a small barbecue. Stairs lead up to a terrace, where there is also a table and chairs.
The front of the house has a large balcony with chairs, and the house has a garage with a parking space.
The interior of the property is very nice and bright, modern and nicely decorated. There is a spacious living-dining room, with table and chairs, two comfortable sofas and satellite TV, and it is connected to the new and fully equipped kitchen.
The house has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single ones, both of them with wardrobes and plenty of light, with access to a balcony. The bathrooms are also new and modern.

Keys were in a key box. Once inside there were no instructions for anything! The guide book was hidden a drawer. No instructions on how to log on to internet. Called number given and they at first didnât recognise the property and gave me wrong password! Several water leaks - shower bathroom sink washing machine. Water was dangerously hot! No instructions for TV. Pool wasnât set up properly. The only saving grace was that the agent was super efficient and got everything repaired the same day I reported issues.

Great Location in Pollensa
We booked this as a last minute get away and it was perfect for our needs. A five minute walk in to the main square with all the amenities even closer. The property was in good condition and clean, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Gute Lage und dennoch ruhig
Gut gelegene Unterkunft, Supermarkt sowie Restaurant und GeschÀfte zu Fuà zu erreichen. Innenhof mit Pool ist schattig gelegen. In den Herbstmonaten ist daher keine Sonne am Pool.
Pool wird regelmĂ€Ăig gefiltert und sauber.
KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet.
Check in super, mit SchlĂŒsselbox.
Die StrandtĂŒcher könnten gröĂer sein.
Die Einrichtung wirkt recht kĂŒhl und wenig gemĂŒtlich.

Maison de village à Pollença
HonnĂȘtement nous sommes un peux mitigĂ©, car autant lâemplacement situĂ© Ă 5 minutes Ă pied du vieux Pollença, le grand parking gratuit situĂ© juste en bas de la maison, lâintĂ©rieur de la maison sont top, autant le bruit de la climatisation dans lâune des chambres, la lumiĂšre du candĂ©labre situĂ© juste sur le balcon cĂŽtĂ© chambres, Ă©quipĂ© de rideaux mais transparent, lâhumiditĂ© que vous ressentez au Rdc, (heureusement que lâhabitation est situĂ© au 1er) mais qui se propage dans le coin ombragĂ© de la piscine, se qui engendre une grande quantitĂ© de moustiques, du mes 6,7 piqures des la premiĂšre aprĂšs-midi, une piscine qui nâas pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyer durant notre sĂ©jour (une semaine) et qui en avais bien besoin, nous ont en peux gĂąchĂ© notre sĂ©jour.
Sans parler de lâaccueil inexistant, vue que nous rĂ©cupĂ©rons les clĂ©s via un coffre Ă clĂ©s, donc pas de petits conseils bien utile de lâhĂŽte, pour nous conseiller.
Avons réclamé pour le bruit de la climatisation, mais aucun retour.
En résumé, nous estimons que cette location ne vaux pas le prix demandé et que nous avons payé.
