Garrovera is a spectacular holiday villa located in the exclusive Serra de Tramuntana area, in the municipality of Pollença. Surrounded by an incomparable natural landscape, this property invites you to enjoy a unique experience in an intimate, free, and untouched environment, where lush vegetation and mountains create an atmosphere of absolute serenity.



Built primarily with marés —the native stone of Mallorca and a favourite in traditional architecture—, the villa maintains an ideal indoor temperature both day and night, thanks to its natural thermal properties.



One of the main attractions of Garrovera is its splendid double pool with a waterfall, surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden and a cosy chill-out area. From here, you can enjoy impressive panoramic views that extend to the horizon, framed by cypresses, pines, olive trees, small palm trees and carob trees.



The entrance to the house is made through a charming porch covered in climbing vines, which houses a large dining table with seating for 8 people, ideal for outdoor meals. Around the pool, you will find sun loungers, comfortable garden furniture and an elegant Balinese bed, perfect for resting and disconnecting in the midst of nature.



Inside, the living room reflects the rustic Mallorcan charm with exposed wooden beam ceilings and noble furniture around the fireplace. The atmosphere is completed with a comfortable sofa, a central table and two vintage Mallorcan rocking chairs, alongside original elements such as steel windows and restored light wood.



Next to the living room, the dining room maintains a traditional Mallorcan style with authentic antique furniture, a classic chandelier and a table with capacity for eight diners. This room stands out for its luminosity and excellent natural ventilation.



The villa has four spacious and bright bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds of 90x200 cm. One of the main bedrooms also has a private terrace with spectacular mountain views.



Both bathrooms have been completely renovated and feature spacious showers, modern and functional furniture with storage space. The kitchen, also refurbished, presents a modern style in white tones and is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your favourite dishes.

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.

An electricity consumption charge of 0.35 Eur/kwh will be applied, to be paid at the end of the stay.

Central heating 15€/day (only in winter season).

Parties are not allowed.

To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
