This Property is lovely and pool and beach access are amazing and would recommend for the price. What I will say is that theirs is no above and beyond or any kind of wow factor. Food was just fine, service was just fine, no one seemed to really want to help out or go out of their way for anything. No laundry service and no iron in room. rooms where made daily but water was not replaced and coffee k-cups where never replenished from day one. Like i said we enjoyed our time and having access to a private beach and pool where great but in reality just a fancy looking hotel and not a resort.

Pollina resort was a great spot for a family holiday. The resort is clean and well run, facilities are good, and rooms comfortable. Breakfast and the buffet dinner were very good. Catering after breakfast was very focused on the all inclusive guests with limited options for B&B guests - I recommend the short walk into Finale to Trattoria Aarhais for some excellent local seafood.

We found this property was a rip off. It was nice but not worth the price we paid. We paid 750$ a night on the Friday and we have NOTHING, no show, no kids club, no transfer service to the beach, and the list goes on... VERY disappointing... even the food at tthe buffer was mediocre for Italy...

Abbiamo prenotato presso questa struttura un soggiorno di 7 notti in mezza pensione. Appena giunti il check in è stato freddo e poco accogliente e nonostante il resort sia enorme non ci è stato detto nulla e ci è stata consegnata una mappa. In camera, diversa da quella prenotata perché non aveva il terrazzino ma un affaccio al piano terra su un piccolo marciapiede (e solo una sedia), troviamo formiche e lombrichi (o millepiedi) vicino la portafinestra. La richiesta di un cambio camera ci viene negata perché la struttura è piena. Per pulire la camera ed essere ascoltati, sono servite due ore e non poco nervosismo per la proposta di altre due camere di molta più bassa categoria. Dopo aver pulito la camera, senza aver ricevuto scuse, emerge pure che la porta finestra era danneggiata. Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro e trattati con superficialità senza un minimo di disponibilità e comprensione. Colazione e cena ripetitivi e non entusiasmanti. Un 4 stelle, per noi, sopravvalutato.

Struttura molto bella inserita in un contesto naturale incantevole. Camere spaziose, confortevoli e pulite ( la nostra aveva anche un terrazzo con splendida vista ), cibo di qualità considerando l’elevato numero di clienti ( ottime le colazioni , abbiamo provato anche la pizzeria e il buffet entrambi buoni). Abbiamo qualche punto di attenzione da migliorare per mantenere il livello della struttura: zone “adult only” frequentate da bimbi chiassosi senza alcun controllo del personale , regole della piscina non fatte rispettare dal bagnino ( tuffi, corse, bicchieri di vetro etc), cocktail non buoni e preparati con le mani, documenti di identità trattenuti 24 ore con il rischio di dimenticarli , alla sera personale concentrato sul pc senza alcuna attenzione sui clienti che entravano e uscivano, programma stampato della settimana non rispettato ed infine colonna sonora in pizzeria improponibile.
