Awaiting you, five architectural jewels are ready to embrace you in a warm hug: Grandmother's House, Mother's House I, Mother's House II, the Barn I and the Barn II. Each of these accommodation units is an ode to elegance and comfort, designed to satisfy the most demanding travellers.



The Mother's House II is a first-floor apartment in Madeiran style, completely refurbished and elegantly decorated with a high standard of quality.



It has two bedrooms with private bathroom and two single beds each, both have access to a kitchen, dining room and living room in an open space concept.



On your verandas and namely the entrance of the house you will find garden furniture where you can enjoy an excellent early morning or even an evening with the pleasant and relaxing sounds of nature, sun and sea that surround you.



The heart of Quinta da Tia Briosa is a stunning swimming pool, where the sun dances on its crystalline waters throughout the day. Around it, verdant spaces invite moments of relaxation and contemplation, whilst the aromas of exotic flowers transport the senses to a state of absolute serenity.

The Quinta Briosa Complex is located 45 minutes from the Airport, 30 minutes from Funchal city, 20 minutes from the famous sandy beach of Calheta and its hotel area and 5 minutes from the centre and beach of Ponta do Sol.



Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.
