Perfect beach house stay!

Beautiful house and perfect for our stay! The house was extremely well equipped and we really enjoyed having an area downstairs for the kids to hang out, and an area upstairs for the adults. We would definitely book this house again for our next beach stay!

Thanksgiving Getaway

This home was exactly as advertised and nicely situated on the ocean between Ponte Vedra Beach and Vilano Beach. Ample parking. The home was clean, convenient, and a great spot for a large family to gather! The kids had a blast in the lower walkout level with pool table and beach access. We would highly recommend this home.

Great place for family with older children

We had a great stay at this property. The beach is literally outside the door and the pool table provided endless entertainment for our older kids and us. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and we enjoyed waking up early to watch the sunrise together. The property is about 20 minutes away from downtown St Augustine which worked great for us. We spent a day there and then enjoyed the seclusion of the property for the rest of our stay

The house is very nice. Loved the beach decor. The kitchen is the best equipped in any house we’ve rented. The only issue we had was the huge jetted tubs in the bathroom. Getting in to take a shower was an ordeal.

Labor Day

This was a great beach house for my family of 8. Loved walking outside to the beach. House clean & up to date. Host was available anytime I texted. If we come back for another trip I hope we can stay here ❀.

Atmosphere of Peace

This home is really set apart from many I have stayed at on Ponte vedra Beach over the years. The owners are professional, lovely and wonderful in every way, and the house reflects their heart. I look forward to the very first minute we can return, and everything thereafter! This is truly all a home on the beach should really be...!

House on the Beach

We wanted a house on the beach. This was exactly what we got. The house was spacious, clean and right on a lovely beach, perfect! There were beach toys for children and adults, plenty of towels and chairs. We only needed groceries everything else was there. It was quiet and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves.
