Featuring a private pool and garden, this cottage in Porreres overlooks the countryside and welcomes 5 guests. Set in a quiet area surrounded by fields, this house is in the center of Mallorca. Take a refreshing bath in the private, 9 meters x 4 meters chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1 meter to 1.8 meters. Afterwards, enjoy basking in the sun on one of the six loungers or, if you prefer shade, you can use two parasols. Make a pick-nick with your family in the garden or have a tasty barbecue underneath the starry sky. There's a porch furnished with a table and six seats where you can eat together, share laughs and talks. The plot is fenced and there are no next-door neighbours.
The interior has a very authentic and traditional style but with modern equipment like TV with satellite channels in German and English as well as Wifi. Besides, the living room has access to the pool terrace so you can swim and refresh yourself whenever you want. The well equipped kitchen is open to the living area and includes a few cooking utensils, a gas stove and an oven. There's a dining table where six people can sit down. If you come with your baby, we can provide a high chair. A washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found on the terrace.
There are three cozy bedrooms with windows to the pool or the countryside. There's one twin bedroom with fan and closet. The other two come with one double bed and fan each (one has a wardrobe while the second features a dressing room). One double bedroom has access to the terrace and comes with a private shower room. A cot can be prepared here upon request. A second shower bath is available.
The genuine village of Porreres is in the center-south of Mallorca. Characterized by wide fields, old wind mills and tiny villages, it's a very quiet place. The people living here are very traditional and the most of them work as farmers. Due to this, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables on the market all-year-round. Porreres is approximately 3.3. km from the house and the town provides you with a small grocery shop, good restaurants and bars - everything you need for your holidays. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to beautiful beaches like Es Trenc, Sa Rapita and to the nice fishing village Porto Colom.

Ein auf circa 150 m ĂŒber dem Meeresspiegel am Hang gelegenes Objekt mit nach SĂŒden ausgerichtetem Swimmingpool, alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll angelegt und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick. Im AuĂenbereich mangelt es an nichts, die KĂŒche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, an der Versorgung mit WĂ€sche nichts auszusetzen!
Sas GebĂ€ude liegt auf dem GrundstĂŒck des EigentĂŒmers, neben an grasen Schafe, es gackern HĂŒhner und GĂ€nse. SelbstverstĂ€ndlich muss der EigentĂŒmer seine Felder bestellen und ist somit ab und zu in der NĂ€he des GelĂ€ndes. Wegen der Sauberkeit kĂŒmmert sich der EigentĂŒmer um den Pool, da dieser auch von Wildtieren als TrĂ€nke genutzt wird, so dass 100-prozentige Einsamkeit nicht gegeben sein kann, dies fĂŒhrt aber nicht zum Punktabzug.
Im Haus selber hĂ€tte es an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas sauberer sein können, angefangen bei Spinnen weben in der Ecke und aufgehört bei einem nicht gut gepflegten SpĂŒlmaschinenabfluss, dies konnte jedoch sehr gut mit der Vermietung kommuniziert werden, auch hier kein Grund fĂŒr einen Punktabzug.
Gut zu wissen: zum Objekt selber fĂŒhrt eine majorquinische SchotterstraĂe, diese benötigt eine/n etwas erfahrenen Fahrer/-in.
Alles in allem waren wir begeistert und wĂŒrden jederzeit hier wieder einen Urlaub verbringen!

I highly recommend this very well run and beautifully located villa.
A beautiful quiet rural location with spacious well equipped accommodation and a fantastically clean and well sited infinity pool with views out over the surrounding countryside. If you are after stunnning views, spacious accomodation with some homely touches, and you are not averse to the odd sheep bell and braying donkey, then this is the place for you! Beaches and shops are a drive away, approx 20 mins to Campos for supermarkets and 30 mins or so to the coast. I highly recommend this very well run and beautifully located villa.
