Take cover from the Galveston Summer Sun and tuck yourself away under our covered RV spot.
This space is offered as a covered RV space ONLY, the residence above is not offered in this listing.

The space is concrete, covered, full hookups, 50 Amp connection (30 Amp customers, make sure you have your 30 Amp to 50 Amp converter), 18'x 45' very level concrete pad and cover, and within walking distance to Crystal Beach!
Amenities include patio, picnic table, firepit, fenced yard for the pups, canal view, outdoor shower, and WIFI included. You will be
within walking distance to Crystal Beach (at barrel 51). At this barrel location there is one of the nicest portable restroooms/shower trailers (seasonally provided by the County) for day use while you fish, swim, sun.
Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Golf cart ride to more amenities than I can list. Sunset views and a short golf cart ride away from the stunning Margaritaville Resort. Walking distance to Jose's Cantina and Hardheads Grill. (There is a golf cart rental place a coupe doors down, in case renters don't have one)

Walk 1/4 mile South and you will be standing on Crystal Beach!! Ready for Sun and Fun!
You will love the close proximity to the sand and beach, and have cool amenities on-site to make new memories and fun adventures on you next RV Beach trip!

**A private residence offers this space with the parking area below the residence, this is not a home, this is a full hookup, RV offering**

** Over 35' RV's, experienced driver/backers only!! We have small streets in CB and radius can be tight. I back my 41' trailer in this space but I have been RVing for 6 years.** (see photos)
** Be sure to bring a double sewer line. Our clean out is at the back of the slab so if your drain is in the middle of your rig, you could possibly need a line extension to reach the clean out.

Total Tranquility

The property was very well taken care of and clean! Scott, was very quick to respond to whatever we needed and was hands on when needed. The only thing I recommend is getting long hose for the drains. Other than that, we felt safe and truly relaxed.

Private, fenced area right in front of your RV space big enough for my two german shepherd dogs to play. Convenient to beach and shopping. Clean and nice fire pit! Very attentive hosts!

Awesome Site for Your Camper!

This site was perfectly located and quiet. The site was hard to back in and pull out of with my 33FT trailer but all the other amenities make up for it. Very clean and well cared for. The site is very level and plenty of room to hang out and cook or just to relax around the site. Our family had a great time and we are sure to be back. Make sure you have a converter if you only have a 30AMP camper. The site only has 50AMP connections. Also, if your black/grey water connections are towards the middle or front of the camper, make sure you have plenty of hoses because the connections are located on the back side of the property. Overall a fantastic experience.

Perfect getaway

The location and property were perfect. We were able to enjoy sitting outside each morning with the dogs in their fenced yard. And then in the evening we got to enjoy the concerts that we could hear from margaritaville. The beach was right at the end of the street, and there were places to eat just a short drive away. Scott was available for anything that we needed. We will be coming back for sure!!
