Room was very clean. Breakfast was great. The whole hotel was very clean. The only negative thing was the mattress was very uncomfortable. We have stayed there a few times in different rooms and all the beds were very uncomfortable. Staff is excellent.

If I could I would give this place a - 100. I have been traveling every few months for work and have been staying in a lot of hotels but nothing as terrible as this. There are bed bugs in the bed and when I showed the receptionist she said I'm sorry but they couldn't accommodate me anywhere else. Mind you I was there for 4 days and the 2nd day when I returned from work the smell on Weadwas so bad and nobody ever answered the front desk to report it. Now I left at 11 pm on Thursday due to being bitten by bigs that I took pictures of. This place needs to be close or at least the health department needs to inspected. So dissatisfied and disappointed. I am still waiting for "Heaven" I guess is the manager for my refund. I was bitten on my arms and face. This is unacceptable.

Although the hotel was clean and the lady that checked is in was amazing, the rest of the stay was horrible. Children running the halls, playing hockey and adults drinking until well after midnight and then again very loud at 5:30 on the morning. One of our beds had a creak noise every time someone moved. We asked about it and were told there was nothing they could do. It was just the way the bed was. My kid ended up sleeping on the floor between the wall and bed. The breakfast staff was very ride. They ran out of forks and spoons, we were told the manager was going to get some. I asked if they could enlxyend breakfast just a few mins so those of us waiting for silverware could eat, the lady very sternly replied "no' with an eye roll and walked away. My children made do but the poor older lady seemed very upset and did not eat. I'm sure she didn't want to eat scrambled eggs or cereal with her bare hands. We were there for our daughters wedding and our stayed made it very stressful with little sleep.

Refridge broke. Layered dust on bed frame. Air conditioner filters filthy. No guest book to explain TV use even desk clerk had to figure it out. Pool cold (even tho says heated) Pool shower had NO hot water, breakfast area only had three table to sit but at least 60 rooms. That’s ridiculous. All this was addressed to front desk and was told I could speak to mgr in the morning but there was no mgr in the morning. We checked out a day early because it was ridiculous.

What didnt we like about the property Getting to the property was an issue Building set way back off the road no signage at the road saying Baymont this way if your using GPS it says arrived to your destination you looking around could not see the building from the road. The lady at the front desk was very nice tried her best to accommodate your wishes There was no rooms ready at 4:30 in the afternoon Go to assigned room. Require a key card to open outside entrance did not work half the time Luckly someone was exiting Get to room just did not feel or smell clean Fixtures dated, Shower sprayed water everywhere clean towels supposedly have long hair on them People wiggling the door handle all the time the door oppeared to have been kicked in Skip to last morning night 7:30 Am went out side to start loading the car Could get back in the building or the room The card and the Wifi where deactivated i thought check out was 11:00 Am Did not stay for breakfast Just checked out and left Needless to say we wont be back

Room was good, there were several contractors workers there, coffee was always gone, breakfast was gone due to workers or lack of planning we were there for 2 mornings 15 minutes after breakfast was open. Trash in parking lots, noisy workers playing corn hole on sidewalk outside my window. Will not stay there again
