The hotel and staff were great, the price for meals and drinks are very expensive and do to the location there is nothing to get to which is close by or walking distance to eat.

There is an opportunity for improvement with the service we received on the patio. Janelle, our server, was unfortunately rude and unprofessional toward our group during dinner, which impacted our experience. However, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Lyndon. He was courteous, attentive, and ensured our VIP client felt well cared for throughout the evening. His professionalism truly stood out and made a meaningful difference. I hope the restaurant can address the concerns raised while recognizing and supporting team members like Lyndon who deliver outstanding service.

The hotel is very nice but there is no where that you can walk to and arranging rides every day is expensive and sometimes hard to arrange. They should have an excursion desk in the lobby so people can just book trips through them.

The room I stayed in was full of hair on the floor of the bathroom, by the bed and on the couches. There was also food stains on the couches and sesame seeds on the table. It was obvious that they didn’t clean the room. Later in the day I noticed that the slippers that should’ve been in the room were missing along with the additional robe since there was two of us. We had to call down to get toothpaste, I probably called the front desk over 10 times and also called housekeeping nobody answered. It was extremely frustrating and there’s nothing to do there besides staying in your room, go to the gym and if you want to go by the pool, but there’s no entertainment at the hotel.
