This updated well maintained luxury townhouse is located in the gated (24 hour manned security gate at entrance) Castle Pines section of the PGA Village Resort. This beautifully furnished four bedroom townhouse is located in the golfer's paradise known as the PGA Village. PGA Village is the perfect destination for both the recreational golfer and professional. There are 54 holes of Championship golf courses designed by renowned architects Pete Dye and Tom Fazio. For those who just want to relax by the pool, there is a heated hot tub and zero entry pool located a 5 minute walk. The large pool sun deck has Palm trees and lush landscaping with a nearby picnic area with charcoal grills.
The New York Mets spring training home is 2 miles from your home as well as movie theaters. Sport fishing and beaches are all within 30 minutes or less.

Inside, the primary bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed to a walkout porch. There is a walk-in closet, and a private master bath. Upstairs you will have spacious accommodations in 2 Queen BR’s with a sitting area in the loft with a Den with 2 Twin Beds off the loft area. There are TVs in 3 of the bedrooms as well as a 55’ HD in the living room.
It is a short 5 minute drive or a 15 - 20 minute walk to PGA Golf Club (Site of the PGA professional qualifying school) with three championship (Tom Fazio & Pete Dye) 'pay to play' golf courses. There is also available a free 6 hole par 3 pitch & putt course. The PGA golf courses have consistently ranked very highly by Golf Digest and other Golf publications each year since it's opening in 2000.

There is tile in main living area, and carpet in all bedrooms.

Enjoy sitting in your private patio while you sip a cup of coffee watching the sunrise or end the day with a glass of wine as you ponder the fun filled day you just experienced.

The house was clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. There are some herbs and spices but you may need to buy some depending on what you need. Bathrooms had towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. I like how they do the keypad to get into the house. Very easy to remember the code.

Stayed here for a golf event with 3 others. Great value, great location. Very spacious and accommodating for 4 people, could easily add 3-4 more. Parking was easy with room for 2 vehicles. Washer/Dryer is a solid amenity. Used the patio at night after play. Would stay/rent again for sure!

Great Property!

We spent a week here visiting with family in the area. The townhouse very very clean, with plenty of room for ourselves and our guests. The kitchen was set up with everything we needed and, although we went out for our dinners, the other meals were easy to prepare and serve given the setup. A perc coffeemaker and a Keurig took care of our coffee needs. The 4 slice toaster was a good one. We used it a lot every day. TVs in most rooms with cable gave everyone plenty of choices. Beds were comfy, showers were hot with great pressure, and there were several different areas to gather for us all, including a nice breakfast nook, big dining room table, comfortable living room and a nice upstairs sitting area great for reading and playing board games
which we did a lot of as it turned out to be a rainy week. Finally, the view out back with a large pond and lots of different birds was quite pleasant. Oh, and we did have one sunny day at the pool, which was very nice with tons of seating, including shaded areas. All in all, this place gets two thumbs up. Very nice!

Loved staying here. Felt like home. Very clean and roomy! More room than we needed. This would be perfect for large family. The owners, Sheri and Jim were prompt answering any questions and kept us updated with other issues. Anyone that rents this townhouse will enjoy it.

Lovely home

The home was very accurately described and was lovely, well-maintained and very clean. There were minor issues, which were easily resolved by communication with the promptly responsive owner. The community pool and hot tub was very nice, not too crowded, and a very short walk (or even shorter drive). The location is in PGA Village, whose facilities we didn't use other than the pool. It is a little distant from Port St Lucie and the ocean beaches, but has the advantage of being very convenient to I-95, which worked well for our plans.

Wonderful property and owners!

Loved our stay here. We have rented many villas and condos at this facility in the past, but this is the nicest by far. The owners are very communicative and very organized. Cannot say enough good about our weekend we even took the eye of a hurricane. Do not hesitate to rent from Sherri and James!

An oasis in a lovely community

My husband and I spent a relaxing ten day stay in this spacious and comfortable townhouse in a friendly gated community close to dining, highways and more! It was the perfect setting to spend time with our son, daughter and newborn who joined us for a portion of our stay. In addition to having ample space, this home had a well stocked kitchen and tasteful comfortable furnishings suitable for a family vacation. Direction materials received before arrival, and available within the property, had all the information for optimization of our stay. Would definitely look to return!

Fantastic property!

Our family recently lost our father, and I needed a place to host myself, sister and brother. While dealing with my father's estate, it was SO nice to come back to a HOME instead of hotel rooms. The pool/ hot tub was such a welcome release to long days settling Dad's affairs. Easy check in,, check out...wonderful communication from host. HIGHLY recommended!
