Parking for 4 cars on the driveway. Access to the garage is not included. No parking on the grass or in the street. No heavy or commercial vehicles over 10000 lbs GVW as per city ordinance.

A rental agreement is required with a copy of a government issued photo ID such as a drivers licence or passport. We are API integrated hosts with our own platform that generates the rental agreement. All details will be held securely and not passed on to third parties except if required for legal reasons. A $300 security deposit is also required, which is refundable after the stay. We abide by all platform rules, and are permitted to request this information.

From the moment we opened the door we were amazed. House keeper was there and the place was spotless. She was very kind and accommodating . We did have an issue with broken equipment i.e. pool heater and internet box, but the moment we told Colin he was on it and it was fixed. Pool was warm and we used it almost every day. House was well stocked. We grilled out and enjoyed the screened in pool area and lanai. Neighborhood was friendly as we walked dogs frequently. Thank you Colin and Andrea

Such an enjoyable stay. The screened lanai and heated pool with fountain was such a luxury. The large kitchen was a joy to cook in as it was stocked with everything you need. The location is amazing as it is close to shopping, beaches, and an outstanding seafood market.
