Welcome to RockAway Ridge! The interior of this property is beautifully decorated with hints of music pieces throughout. The jukebox in the living room & records on the wall add charm to the theme of the home. It offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a hot tub, sleeps 6 comfortably & is located walking distance to DT Port Sanilac! The beach is only blocks away from the home as well! Port Sanilac offers many shops, restaurants and a marina! It will not disappoint!


- Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 3 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
-Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Perfect spot

Located in a quiet neighborhood. A short walk away from downtown and all of the different dining options. Also can walk to the grocery store, what a cute grocery store.

Perfect for what we needed!

We were in town for a wedding weekend and needed a spot to hang out between festivities. This was very clean, within walking distance to town, and we had a great time reliving our childhood with the arcade game in the living room :).

Very convenient and functional

Three house was in a great location for us, just a few miles from the wedding we were in town for. It was also within easy walking distance of the restaurants, shops and the docks. The house itself was great for us. Nice yard if we had more time to relax out back and the AC did a fine job for the weather we had.

House is nice. Has old video game with lots of games to play. Would sleep 6 comfortably. Hot tub holds 2. Firepit in yard is nice. Bring firewood. The only complaint iI have is that the BBQ grill was full under the burners and kept starting on fire. Other the stay was nice and the

Long weekend

The house is a nice house with a very comfy couch in a great neighborhood close to everything! The issues we encountered were the side walk from the drive to the front porch has many trip hazards and is broken up, the wood front porch was slippery when rained on, we found a few ants wandering around inside the house and check out time would be nice to at 11 instead of 10 because we feel rushed with the check out process. We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed our stay!

Rockin' nice stay

We had a great stay at this music themed house! From the mini jukebox to the arcade game which had many retro arcade games! I tried real hard to win at Pacman, but I was not successful! The Roku TV was great as I was able to stream my favorite streaming sites! The WiFi worked well! Our host, Jessie, was extremely communicative and made sure our stay was worry free! I will return the next time that I visit my daughter and I highly recommend this property!

Perfect!

My friend and I stayed here for one night during a special visit to the Port Sanilac Historic Museum and Village. This home was very clean, and had basic supplies like handsoap, dish/laundry soap and trash bags covered. It was great not to have to worry about those items during such a quick trip. Beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of dishes to suit our needs. Easy access to the town and beach. We unexpectedly had extra time at night, and found it very comfortable to have a drink and hang out in the living room before bed. Property management was very helpful, kind and responsive. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend. Thank you!
