Everything you want for a vacation with the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation to create lasting memories and a true vacation experience for you and yours.

OUTDOOR LIVING - A nature lovers' paradise! Bay Haven's private setting is located right on the bay and is a quick drive down the street to the beach! A full deck with outdoor seating and a hammock leads out to the brand-new paver patio with a fire pit. Relax and unwind in the hot tub that is open year-round. There is a private balcony off the upper-level bedroom. Outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and patio furniture provided. The dock is a shared dock with 1 neighbor. Kayaks and paddleboards can be rented right down the street and can be launched from Bay Haven's dock.

THE SUNRISES - Bay Haven is known for its incredible sunrises! Make sure to experience this while you are here. Step outside, slowly rejoice in your coffee or tea, and reflect on life's gifts and the glory of waking up to a beautiful new day!

THE BAY - The bay features abundant wildlife, we consider the bay to be nature's sanctuary, whereupon exploring you will find starfish, urchins, horseshoe crabs, and sting rays! Kiddos and adults alike, love chasing the lizards, tree frogs, and crabs throughout the property! Keep an eye out for our playful sea otter family that occasionally plays on the dock! During low tide, the bay is shallow and can be walked across for more exploration in the grassy areas and kiddos and fur babies LOVE running and splashing through the water! Wonderful kayaking and paddleboarding experience!

KITCHEN - Fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker - (Keurig with Drip coffee maker as well), cooking basics, dishwater, flatware

SLEEPING - The master bedroom is on the first floor with a King bed and the master bathroom features a bathtub and shower combo. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs the private bedroom features a Queen bed and a private balcony overlooking the bay. There is a second full bath located upstairs as well and the third bedroom features (2) full-size/twin bunk beds.

Fully stocked kitchen with plates/cups/bowls, dual keurig coffee maker with carafe and pod feature, glasses, silverware, cookware, bakeware, utensils, large and small, appliances, and pots and pans.
*STARTER SUPPLY* of hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent (if applicable), dish tabs (if applicable), and trash bags * Please make sure to pack extra of these for your stay as only a starter pack is provided.
Linens and towels- Fully made beds with sheets, blankets, comforters, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, dish rags/clothes for washing and drying, misc.

We had a very relaxed, enjoyable stay at Bay Haven.

Nice dock on the bay made it easy to put Kayaks in and out of water. Hot tub very nice to relax in. Loved the large porch with the view of sunrise over bay. The furniture in the house was very nice and comfortable. Kitchen small, but well equipped.

Beautiful Sunrise

The house was as described and everything was clean. We enjoyed sitting on the decks, by the fire pit, and on the docks. The kids had an awesome time finding starfish and crabs at the bay and searching for shells on the beach

love the location but house need so much work.

location is awesome for scalloping. dock need lots of work. microwave light and frig light not working. septic tank bubbles up in the yard and stinks bad. we had some of these same issue last year but no repair were made.

Home was nice and clean. Kitchen appliances were dated. Refrigerator needs to be replaced. The freezer barely kept things frozen. It took two days for the refrigerator to cool to an acceptable temperature. And this was with a third of the refrigerator filled. The boat dock needs some work. There were some weak spots and most planks needed to be replaced.

No Hot tub

I rented this property solely to relax in the hot tub and it didn't work. I contacted the owner who said it should have been serviced that day and would work on getting someone out to check it. At 10 am the next morning we let them know we left and never heard anything else. Should have atleast offered to refund unused day sincethey couldn't provide the hot tub.
