Short Walk to Beach, Tennis Courts & Pool ~ BD Cape Blessed
Cape San Blas is a peninsula on the gulf coast in the Florida panhandle. One of the Capeâs most notable features is the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park on the northernmost tip. The state park is known for its pristine white-sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, and abundant wildlife. It is a popular destination for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, hiking, and camping. The park also offers opportunities for kayaking, snorkeling, and birdwatching.
Barrier Dunes is a gulf front gated townhouse community just before the park's entrance. Full of amenities, this coastal community fosters an active lifestyle with its two community pools, walking paths, tennis courts, and a playground for the kids to burn some energy. If vacation is no time to break your workout regimen and you need the option of getting mileage in by foot or bike, jump on Loggerhead Trail. The walking path is nearly 9 miles in one direction that ends at Salinas Park on the southern end of the Cape. At the park, you can enjoy pickleball, sand volleyball, a picnic, a fire, or a walk on the boardwalk winding along St. Joe Bay.
Cape Blessed is a two bedroom townhouse highlighted by its screen deck overlooking one of the neighborhoodâs ponds. The property is centrally located and within steps of the interior pool and tennis courts.

We've been coming to Cape for several years now and still find new magic Everytime we venture. We live in the country and are not new to palmetto bugs or large roaches, however it looked as if this place was just treated and were quit a few dead ones laying around. Once again it's kinda among the wilderness anyway, so we understand that. Also, the grill needs to be replaced or the next person may not know how to put out a grease fire, which ruined our steaks. Other than that it was a beautiful townhome in a beautiful place!
