Scallop Pass is a lovely, Gulf-front 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom Cape San Blas home that sleeps 16. Guests will love the spectacular beach views from the homeĂąâŹâąs 3 balconies! This pet-friendly home also includes an elevator, a spacious primary suite, and bonus sitting rooms.
Scallop Pass is raised on stilts and provides covered parking and access to the elevator and stairs from the ground level. Guests can access the white sand beaches of Cape San Blas directly in front of the home.
On the first floor, guests will find 3 guest bedrooms and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. The bunk room and one of the guest bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open to a huge back deck with stunning beach views.
An open living, dining, and kitchen area on the second floor enjoy sweeping Gulf views through multiple sliding glass doors that open to a spacious Gulf-front deck with an outdoor dining table and chairs. Inside the home, hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and beach-inspired decor exude a family-friendly, welcoming feel in the heart of the home. Guests can unwind on 2 loveseats that surround a 42ù⏠TV, share a meal at a dining table that seats 8, or sit at the dine-in counter and snack while loved ones and friends prepare a meal in the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a private reading room with cushioned chairs and a guest bedroom. A cozy living area also includes a futon sleeper sofa, a table that seats 4, and a 32ù⏠TV.
Guests staying in the primary bedroom on the third floor will enjoy access to a private balcony with sweeping beach views, a king bed, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower.
Scallop Pass is a wonderful place to reconnect with family and friendsĂąâŹâenjoy shelling, crabbing, jumping waves in the Gulf, scalloping in the Bay, and exploring the beautiful Cape.
