There are 4 bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with queen bed & a single bed, the other bedroom has one double bed & one single bed...ideal for 4 Adults and 6 children. Linen is not included.

Great for a family holiday but cosy enough for that Romantic getaway.

The House is within walking distance, approx 500m, from main shopping area which includes the local Hotel and "Chill Out" (coffee Shop), Newsagent, Chemist, Hairdresser, IGA ( open 7 days), Port Vincent Hardware Store, Butcher, Deli, Kiosk and our New Gift Store.

The Marina is a short walk in the opposite direction!
Ample Off street parking for guests including their boat. Fish cleaning station is conveniently located behind the shed.

Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ for lazy afternoons under the Alfresco entertainment area.

Fantastic for anyone who would like to experience great swimming, wind surfing, paddle boarding, fishing whether in a boat, off the wharf or the beach or try your hand at catching our Blue Swimmer Crabs.

Favorite destination for yachties with a safe harbour and modern Marina.

3 Popular Local walking trails for you to explore - ranging from 1.6km to 5km return and
Innes National Park as well as local surfing beaches are within approx 1 hours drive.

We spent 5 nights at Atkon Escape. A well maintained, spacious and comfortable holiday home that we would absolutely revisit if we get the chance. Close to the beach, pub, shops and playground. It was the perfect getaway location for us. Highly recommend.
