Accommodation was poor. No prior notice of building or on our arrival. Shower only useful for those 1m in height. TV did not work. Despite a request to move, there were none for 4 days. Hloiday ruined/

It’s a nice ckenar ..the bed and shower was amazing!!!the bed matazzo was so comfortable.. also shower was nice stronger massager your bod nice relax!!

modern apartment with large balcony and gorgoes view of the sea a short walk to the sea and fantastic choice of beaches One downfall a long walk of 20 mins to Spar supermarket on the front or Continente supermarket 40 mins walk Okay if you have a car We visited in January for a week And really enjoyed and will come again This is our second visit ,Try a short walk to Vau Beach A lovely flat beach and views across the cliff

Hotel is okay.

It was okay. Praia da Rocha is a nice area. The hotel is a small bit out of the way but was still quite noisy as there is building going on in the area. The hotel it’s self was just okay, hand rails on the balcony don’t feel secure and 13 floors up that’s not what you want. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close, had to use a towel against it to keep it closed over. I probably wouldn’t stay in this hotel again but I’ve stayed in worse.

Good place to spend your holidays

The apartment was not expensive, very spacious and in good location, close to the beach (10-15 minutes walk) and restaurants/supermarkets. The place was not very clean so we borrow a room from reception to clean it ourselves. 3 days before the holidays we received an e-mail saying that the pool would be out of order to do some repairs so we did not enjoyed it. It has air condition with a very nice balcony. I bought internet with an external supplier (NOS paid about £13) and it was absolute rubbish. The internet in reception works well thought, but you need to be there to have WiFi. Not many channels on TV and just 2 in English. Overall, a good place. No problem at all with parking space for free.

Nice apt but problems with facilities and staff.

There was one very rude female member of staff in the reception who kept ignoring us when we approached the desk. The other two guys were very nice. The swimming pool and the restaurant are currently closed - they need to update their information to reflect this. The apartment was nice and spacious although a little old-fashioned. Finally, there is no WiFi in the apartments - only in the lobby!

Late holiday

The hotel was close enough to bars and resteraunts but also quiet enough for some rest. As usual there was a little noise when people came in at night but that's due to the flooring and no carpets. Kitchen facilities adequate to make a meal if needed, coffee machine and toaster, microwave and a hob. 4 lifts down to reception. Breakfast and drinks in the bar reasonable price and well cooked. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little dated but clean, tidy and free wifi.

Lovely hotel

Great location. Room was very large two beds pull out bed. Loads of cupboards huge wardrobe. No hangers tho. Big kitchen large fridge and freezer. Well equipped. Large balcony. Pool was a good size. Very comfy sun loungers. Snack bar was a little disapointing as there was not the full variety of food displayed, was unsure as to what time of the day they started serving and finished. The weightier spoke very little English. But what we did eat was lovely and very large portions. Drinks were very cheep. €2.50 a pint of beer. €2.00 large bottles of water. Free wifi. But we were on the 14th floor so it didn't quite stretch that far. Overall was a fab hotel. Would defiantly recommend and would absolutely return.

Clube Praia mar - Praia da Rocha - Portimao

L'appartamento al 15' piano era spazioso e pulito. La dotazione di stoviglie è stata soddisfacente (mancava solo il colapasta). Il personale della reception era sempre presente e gentile. Nessun problema di parcheggio (marzo=bassa stagione). Hotel abbastanza vicino alla spiaggia.

Lors de notre sejour,(21nuits) nous avons eu 15 jours de travaux très bruyants (marteau piqueur) au dessus de notre chambre. Nous avions bien précisé un lit double lors de la réservation et avons eu 2 lits simples. L'eau chaude coule marron avec une fuite d'eau dans la cuisine,au niveau du robinet de la plonge .Non réparé Le restaurant de l'hotel était fermé Et dommage personne ne parle Francais a la reception Le logement spacieux et l'entretien journalier de la chambre correcte

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer der Oberen Stockwerke. Großes Bett super Aussicht alles vorhanden. Erst hatten wir eine Stadtsicht Wohnung bekommen!! So aber nicht gebucht und reklamiert. Nachdem wir unser Strandblick /Meerblick Wohnung Superior bezogen hatten, war alles Perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr schöner Strand.

Altan uden sol!

Jeg tog på ferie for at få sol. Stedet reklamerer med balkonger med sol. Man kan også sende særlige ønsker når man booker. Jeg havde ikke sendt nogle særlige ønsker og derfor heller ikke bedt om en lejlighed uden sol. Men det fik jeg! Da jeg henvendte mig og beklagede mig fik jeg at vide at jeg havde fået hvad jeg havde bestilt - en lejlighed med et værelse og køkken. Jeg fremhævede så at en lejlighed uden sol må et særligt ønske og at det havde jeg ikke bedt om. Men det hjalp ikke noget og de blev nærmest uforskammede i receptionen. Det ødelægger jo en del af ferien. Så er i advaret! Få solen skrevet på bookingen! Undgå værelser med xx02 til xx06 (PS - det koster i øvrigt 5euro i døgnet for wi-fi i lejligheden - temmelig stor extra udgift)
