Apartamento en una 15ª planta de un edificio de planta cilíndrica. Ascensores de sobra, teniendo en cuenta que tienen que hacer más de 17 plantas de recorrido contando sótanos. Apartamento confortable, baño completo, un dormitorio con armario y salón. Comedor con sofá cama junto a la cocina. Sin lavadora, pero con plancha para ropa y cafetera Nespresso, además de sandwicher. Menaje de cocina suficiente y frigo con congelador. TV vía plataforma portuguesa. Amplia terraza (vista al mar) que estaría mejor si tuviera una mesa más grande, pues da juego para comer y cenar en ella; el desayuno no, porque da el sol. Aire acondicionado de sobra para todo el apartamento. Baño completo con hidromasaje. Falla el store de la puerta de la cocina a su terraza/tendedero, así que no lo desenrolles del todo. Al amanecer (muy temprano) entra luz por las terrazas, debido a cortinas opacas en lugar de persianas. El fregadero da mal olor. La piscina está muy bien y poco frecuentada teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de apartamentos. Aparcamiento en el sótano primero, si bien, habría que reparar la gotera que afecta a la plaza (deja margen al aparcar para que no te caiga encima). Salida del complejo hacia la playa por el lado más cercano, a la que llegas en diez minutos. Pocos servicios en la zona, pero muy cerca de ellos; zona tranquila y silenciosa.
