We needed a place to stay after trapsing around Portland. The prices close to Portland were ridiculously high. We came upon this place and found a wonderful gem! Good price, clean rooms, great access to the beach, and friendly staff. Its not fancy, but it was perfect for us. Thank you!!

Nice view, but neighbors were loud late at night

The beach view was nice. A couple of the neighbors were very loud late at night, maybe drunk. I didn't want to yell at them and escalate the situation, just sometimes people can be ignorant.

Room is very small and outdated. Walls are very thin. Can hear your neighbors talking and every footstep upstairs. Shower in bathroom is so small it was difficult to move around. Staff at check in were not friendly or helpful. Best part about this hotel is the location. Every room walks out into a grassy courtyard and out to the beach. If you stay here request a room upstairs and close to beach otherwise you are right next to a road and you will hear footsteps above you all day and night. If you’re able to have a room upstairs close to beach I would recommend this hotel. If not then I would stay somewhere else.

Excellent location and view of the beach. Staff really took care of the place. Nice heated pool and chairs by the beach side. A little far away from restaurants, like not within walking but very quiet. Balconies were all connected with neighbors just separated by railing.

Fine place on the beach. Suite style rooms with a porch are a great feature. Parking is quite tight, but it’s included so forgivable. No elevator to the second floor. Just note if you have a lot of stuff or are not partial to stairs. Overall, in my humble opinion, one of the better options in a sea of overpriced tourist stops.
