This is the second time we have stayed at the Waves hotel and will not stay there again. The floor in our room was so dirty that it turned our feet black. There was wrappers to feminine hygiene products on the ground near the stairs and empty beer cans on the ground. The deadbolt to our room wasn’t operating properly and neither was the lock on the handle. The railing on the balcony was rotten to the point of it being a potential serious injury issue.

Property was dated but they all are in the area. Our room was clean so we were happy about that. It’s close to everything but a little walk to the pier, maybe 10 minutes.
