Excelente apartamento. Todo reformado e com uma decoração de muito bom gosto. A primeira impressão que tive é o quanto se parece com um apartamento de uso pessoal e não um apartamento para locação. Quanto ao proprietário, esse é complemento da boa qualidade do apartamento. Nos recebeu muito bem e com toda a atenção possível, como comentei com o mesmo, ele conseguiu tornar o processo muito profissional, mas ao mesmo tempo super amigável e acolhedor. Minha experieência com foi incrível. O apartamento estava em perfeitas condicoes e exatamente igual as fotos do site. Todos os móveis e demais objetos da casa estavam em perfeito estado. Hotel bem localizado, limpo e organizado.Vale a pena circular na região devido a proximidade de tudo inclusive do lindo parque Redenção. O Marcelo é excelente e oferece todo o apoio e suporte prontamente, não deixando faltar nada para nos sentirmos bem instalados. Todo o apto é bem organizado e silencioso. Estive em Porto Alegre no final de janeiro, onde fiquei com minha família no imóvel do Sr. Marcelo. A localização é ótima, um bairro bem tranquilo e bem próximo ao Hospital de Clinicas e ao Parque da Redenção. acesso fácil de ônibus para todos os lugares. Portaria 24 horas - porteiros muito gentis e prestativos. O apartamento é lindo, super aconchegante e muito limpo e numa nova oportunidade voltaremos a nos hospedar com enorme satisfação.

O apartamento possui ótimas acomodações, peças amplas, bem decoradas, móveis novos. Acomoda com muito conforto uma família. Cozinha completa, roupas de cama e banho novas. Localização ótima, próximo ao parque da redenção, restaurantes, farmácias, supermercados, hospitais e igrejas. O proprietário é muito atencioso, tivemos um problema com a internet e ele prontamente nos atendeu. Recomendo este imóvel, você entra e se sente em casa.

O imóvel correspondeu a nossas expectativas. As informações do site e as fotos são fidedignas. O relacionamento com o proprietário foi muito tranquilo. Sempre que precisemos de algum suporte, fomos prontamente atendidos. O condomínio é bem agradável e conta com uma ampla variedade de comércio e serviços ao redor. Conseguíamos fazer várias coisas em nossa rotina próximo ao apartamento sem depender de carro. Se necessário, locaríamos novamente. Para quem optar por esse imóvel, recomendamos os restaurantes Fontana e Prato Verde, que ficam quase ao lado do prédio.
