There was no Wi-Fi in my room nor TV conection, when reporting the problem I was lead to a representative in another state and he could not fix it. The door was broken from inside, not safe although the building has security. Dirty bathroom and floors, really dirty. There was a nespresso coffee machine with specific refills, not enough coffee for the days and inability to make coffee due the specifications, and at the laundry there was disrespectful owners/rentals disrespecting my guest rights. This was the worse I wish get money back from the days without Wi-Fi

No parking available (even though they offered last week and despite plenty of space available in the building) and very poor security to enter the apartment (all apartments have the same basic 2-digit code, varying only the apartment number). Definitely not recommended this level of exposure in Brazil

Excellent, even in soft opening! All very automatic. In and out with no hassles. Codes to door and WiFi prior to arrival. All works well. Rooms impeccable. Nice area of Porto Alegre

A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, o vaso sanitário estava sujo, e bastante poeira no chão, tinha toalhas e sabonete, porém dizia que haveria garrafa de água na geladeira como boas vindas, então acabei não passando no mercado para comprar, não havia água e no fim passei cede na primeira noite, o local era bonito e bem localizado.

localização muito boa, o quarto era bem confortável e bonito, o prédio também muito bom, atendimento na portaria 24 horas, e tinha toalhas e papel higiênico suficientes para uma pessoa para seis dias. coisas que poderiam melhorar: o quarto parecia que tinha sido limpo rapidamente entre uma estadia e outra, então o chão tinha marcas de ter passado pano e algumas sujeiras no chão ainda, a cafeteira não estava funcionando perfeitamente e faltou pano de prato para secar a louça.

Muito bom!

O apartamento é bem localizado. O prédio possui ótimos espaços. Porém ao chegar a senha da porta não funcionou. Fiquei uns 30 min no WhatsApp com a Charlie entre vídeos etc até mandarem uma nova senha e entrarmos no imóvel.
