This two-level apartment consists of a kitchen on the raised ground floor, with a spiral staircase leading to the living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, and a double bedroom with a balcony. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Free parking is available about 200 meters away.

Arrival: From 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with an additional charge of €40.
Departure: By 9:00 AM.
Linens: The apartments do not provide bed and bath linens, which can be requested at least 7 days before the arrival date. They can be rented at a cost of €20 per person for a single bed and €40 per person for a double bed.
Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
