Completely fenced, Villa Castiglione opens onto a large garden: in the back part there is a nice veranda furnished with outdoor table and chairs, while in the front part there is a pine grove, a barbecue corner, and a nice picnic area with wooden table and benches, for dining al fresco during your Salento beach vacation.
The interiors are simple, furnished with freshness and essentiality. A large living room welcomes guests with a dining room, a sofa for relaxing and a hallway leading to the kitchenette, equipped with a kitchenette and electric oven, and to the sleeping area consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple. A shower room completes the interior of the cottage.

Villa Castiglione is located 350 meters from a small beach, in Torre Castiglione, among the most beautiful in the Porto Cesareo area. The first equipped lidos are just 500 meters away, lidos such as Togo Bay, Bonavista or Baron Beach. There is also a riding school a few meters away, for horseback riding enthusiasts, and there is no shortage of bars and restaurants nearby. Torre Castiglione is a couple of kilometers further north from Torre Lapillo, where all the main services are located. 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- Air conditioner in the living room and in one bedroom.
- In the living area there is a double sofabed.
