Villa Colle Azzurro is a lovely vacation cottage in Porto Cesareo that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located in a residential area, the vacation home is only 900 meters from the beaches.

The vacation home has a large garden with furnished outdoor spaces for relaxing outdoors, parking space and outdoor shower with hot water.
The
property is fully fenced, has a driveway gate from which you access the
parking space in the garden. A few steps lead to the furnished veranda.
The house has cozy interiors, furnished with simplicity.
The entrance is in a large living area equipped with 1 single sofa bed,
TV and air conditioning that cools all rooms. The living area is
completed by a dining room with kitchenette, external access and small
bathroom.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, and the full shower room.
 
From the living room you exit to the garden, partly shaded and furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Villa
Azzurra is a vacation villa located in Porto Cesareo, about 1 km away
from some of the most beautiful beaches in Salento, and about 1.5 km
from the center where all the main services are.
 
The
vacation home is located in a quiet and residential area that allows you
to reach the sea and entertainment in a few minutes by car. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
