Trilo Imma is a holiday home for 4 guests in Villa

The two-bedroom apartment is independent. The holiday home is introduced by a raised furnished porch with dining area. Moreover, there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower, which is very useful after a day at the beach.
The apartment consists of dining room and kitchen with electric oven and tv, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The air conditioning is in the bedrooms.

The
two-bedroom apartment is in a quiet area of Padula Fede, seaside
location between Torre Castiglione and Punta Prosciutto, north of Torre
Lapillo, on a street that is adjacent to the seafront promenade. The
holiday homes are 350 meters away from the sea and a small sandy beach.
The
closest beach establishment, with restaurant and café, is 600 meters
away. The beach establishments are Lido delle Sirene and Lido Baron
Beach. Moreover, the it is also near the beach of Punta Grossa and the
tourist village Punta Grossa with disco, bowling alley, restaurant and
pizzeria.
The complex is 3 kilometers away from Torre Lapillo and
Punta Prosciutto, with their amenities such as supermarket, newsstand,
tobacco shop, fish shop, butcher shop, bakery, pharmacy, urgent care and
church.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
