Awful, bad service, bad food, very disorganized

The resort is very disorganized. I arrived late for the check in due delay with my flight. I was exhausted already and when I went to the reception it was only one person there and he asked me to scan a QR code and do self check in but the browser never worked and after many tries he decided to do my check in, then he informed me that I had to pay for the full amount of the room since I had an email with the reservation confirmation saying that I had put a deposit already and only had to pay for remaining balance when I arrive at the property. I showed him that but he did not care and kept telling me that I should provide proof of payment and I told him that was the proof of payment. He let me pay for remaining balance as I forwarded the reservation confirmation to the hotel and he said that he was going to talk to his manager and let me know in the next day. We came to our room tired and just want to take a shower, grab something to eat so we could relax and get some sleep but he kept calling the room asking me to go to front desk to present a photo of my credit card statement to proof the payment of the deposit. I told him that I could not access my credit online statement because the internet of the hotel wasn’t working and he had to wait until the next day so stop to bother me. When I left the room to have dinner he kept sending me message on what’s app. I’m very pissed 😡 and upset

Paradise is close

Amazing location by the beach, pé na areia( foot on the sand), food, staff. We loved everything. Just suggesting take care of mold on tiles at bathroom.

Localização muito boa, frente para o mar, nosso quarto muito amplo e espaçoso, limpeza impecável, boa estrutura. Pontos negativo: Atendimento da equipe em geral no café da manhã, registro da agua fria do chuveiro com problema tornando a água muito quente. Estadia muito abaixo do esperado. Atendimento muito ruim, com funcionários mal educados e sem paciência, especialmente os da recepção. Além disso, ficamos 3 dias com o chuveiro gelado, pois demorou esse tempo até alguém da manutenção perceber que o problema era a resistência do chuveiro. Também ficamos toda nossa estadia sem toalhas de piscina, pois, segundo a recepção, houve algum problema na lavanderia, e, segundo eles, também era proibido usar toalhas de banho para piscina/praia. Não tinham nenhuma boa vontade para resolver nossos problemas e nenhuma cordialidade. Já fiquei outra vez nesse hotel, porém depois dessa experiência, com certeza não voltarei nem ninguém que esteve comigo.

Experiência pessima

Experiência péssima nesse hotel. Fomos em grupo, e nenhum de nós recomenda. Viemos para um evento de medicina, onde todo o hotel era para os jovens. Durante todo esse período, ninguém teve acesso a toalhas de piscina. Segundo eles, houve algum problema na lavanderia, porém eu cheguei um dia antes do início do evento e fui embora um dia depois, e nesses dois dias tive acesso as toalhas, ou seja, eles escolheram não disponibilizar. Durante os dias sem toalha, solicitávamos toalhas de banho para usar na piscina/ praia, porém recebíamos a resposta que era proibido utilizá-las para este fim. Resumindo, todos ficamos sem toalhas para piscina. Além disso, o chuveiro do meu quarto ficou 3 dias com água gelada, porque foi necessário esse tempo para que alguém da manutenção tivesse a boa vontade de trocar a resistência do chuveiro, mesmo tendo indo verificar o chuveiro todos esses dias. Também ressalto como os funcionários eram sem paciência e mal educados, especialmente os da recepção. Já havia ficado uma vez nesse hotel com minha família, porém não voltarei, nem ninguém que estava comigo. Não recomendo.

Voltarei! Gostei muito.

O hotel parece ser antigo, estava receosa, mas está muito bem conservado, organizado, limpo. Boa manutenção. Bem cuidado. O quarto muito aconchegante, grande, o visual em frente à praia maravilhoso. Espaço do hotel no entorno das piscinas muito bom. Principalmente para casais. Para o dia é perfeito, pois está em frente a ótima praia. é necessário transporte para ir ao centrinho.
