Wonderful Pitinga House

House overlooking the sea and rainforest on the beach in a condominium with 24 hour concierge, shared freshwater pool, showers in the pool area a large garden, 24 hour monitored outdoor garage, many family activities, and nightlife. The house with wardrobe, hangers, towel and linens for the two very comfortable queen beds plus a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed.
The full kitchen, two bathrooms with showers. The house has high ceilings, and a beautiful sea view. My space is good for couples, solo adventures, families (with kids). In January and February 2019 requires a minimum of 5 days and on New Year's Eve, Carnival and Holy Week minimum 7 days.

Réveillon em Arraial
A localização é o auge do imóvel. Algumas manutenções precisam ser realizadas como a bomba de água e vazamento de água no boxe que molha o banheiro. Houve problemas na rede interna de luz de modo que ficamos uma noite sem luz. Além disso jovens exaltados fizeram fuzuê uma madrugada que atrapalhou o sono. Sugerimos que as cadeiras e guarda-sol da praia sejam de uso comum do condomínio, pois gera confusão de um proprietário retirando os outros de cadeiras, o que é desconfortável. Os funcionários do condomínio são bastante prestativos.
