We offer our guests discounted rates for ferry tickets, either by issuing tickets with Moby or Toremar where the discount ranges from 20% to 30%, or by sending a link with a discount code inserted where it is possible to purchase the ticket independently even for Low Cost companies such as Blunavy or Corsica Ferries.

Among our offerings, we also provide rental services for both scooters and e-bikes at discounted rates.

The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, a small kitchen, dining room, and a bathroom with a shower. Equipped with every comfort: TV, air conditioning, washing machine, ample outdoor space equipped for outdoor dining with sea view, and 2 free parking spaces.

Important Notes:

- Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Arrivals after 7:30 pm accepted with a supplement of €40.00.
- Departure: by 9:00 am
- Linens: bed and bath linens are not provided in the apartments. It is possible to rent them within 7 days before the arrival date at a cost of Euro 40 euro for the double bed and 20 euro for the single bed, delivery only in our office in Portoferraio.
- Pets allowed with a supplement of €50.
- Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
