Casa Athena is an apartment located inside a Farmhouse, where all the musts are respected: comfort, functionality and stylish furnishings. It is developed all on one ground floor and overlooks a wonderful garden where for the exclusive use of guests there will be a comfortable BBQ area covered by a canopy and garden furniture. It is located on the main artery that connects the port town of Portoferraio, with its wonderful coves of Costa Bianca and Costa Verde all reachable within 5 km, and the nearby resorts on the southern side such as Lacona, Norsi and Lido di Capoliveri all reachable within 7 km. Strategic position also to visit the Bagnaia side, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the island and secluded and reserved beaches where sailing courses are also organized. You will be 800 meters from the sea, the Lungomare di San Giovanni, an evocative Gulf where the panorama opens onto the island's capital, a place to enjoy rejuvenating walks with the view and scent of the sea, losing yourself in the unspoiled nature that enriches this stretch of coastline. It is a perfect starting point for those who intend to experience the island in 360 degrees, the house is able to evoke the feelings that the island conveys in its first impact, peace, serenity and a timeless place.

Three-room apartment, 6 beds (rental for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults accompanied by children under 12).
The property is entirely on the ground floor, overlooking a lush garden. The interiors, rustic yet refined, include a living room with kitchenette and sofa, located in the covered veranda: a bright space thanks to the large windows, pleasantly cool due to the surrounding greenery.

From the veranda, you enter the sleeping area, which consists of two windowless bedrooms: one family room with a double bed and bunk bed, equipped with a TV, and a second, smaller room with a double bed and TV. The bathroom, with shower and bidet, is not located inside the bedrooms but is conveniently accessible through a hallway, ensuring privacy and practicality.

Outside, for exclusive use, there is a space equipped for dining al fresco, with a barbecue area under a roof, solar shower, and Wi-Fi available to guests.
Please note that, as the property is divided into multiple units, pets cannot be left alone in the outdoor areas.
