A house overlooking the Fortresses of Portoferraio, in the heart of the ancient Cosmopoli with a breathtaking sea view. Via della Campana is one of the historic stairways that lead to the Forte Stella lighthouse and the Napoleonic Palazzina dei Mulini. The three-room apartment is located in a strategic position, it is ideal for those who like to have everything at hand. In about 5 minutes on foot you can reach Le Viste beach. Among the closest beaches are La Padulella, Capo Bianco, Le Ghiaie, splendid white pebble beaches characterized by crystal clear water, where bathing establishments, bars and restaurants are available. The town center offers many attractions, including shops, elegant boutiques, bars and restaurants, which remain open even during the warm summer evenings. Well connected by public transport to reach the other places on the island. It has no private parking, but the public parking are about 600/700 meters away. A few steps from the house there is a large paid parking, free from 8 am to 8 pm.

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful location

This property was excellent and exactly what we were hoping for. Very spacious and clean with amazing views from every room. Just a short walk to wonderful restaurants, shops and the beach. The property management company was highly responsive and the check in /check out process was simple. I highly recommend!
