This practical three-room apartment has a large living room with a sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one with a third bed, a small well-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave oven, washing machine...) and a bathroom with shower. Part of the apartment is a large outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, some sun chairs and a built-in brick barbecue for those who want to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors in complete tranquility. The house is furnished with care and offers the possibility to reach some of the most beautiful beaches of Elba such as "Il Forno" (500 meters) and the beautiful Scaglieri beach (100 meters away) as well as the well known Biodola beach (300 meters away) with a short an pleasant walk.
This house is ideal for families with children or couples of friends who seek a place in nature and quiet but only a few steps away from the sea and the beautiful sandy beaches of Forno, Scaglieri and Biodola. There is also a parking space available for the guests. The other services are TV, air conditioning and washing machine.
The house is also an excellent base for exciting bike rides and visits to the various cultural and natural attractions of the island.
