Nice apartment on the harbor with a large 30m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Internally it has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa bed for two people, a large living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with a microwave, a washing machine. Excellent base for visiting the 5 lands, by ferry from Porto Venere, or just 30 minutes by car from Riomaggiore.

very old apartment
very nice terrace with see view. but apartment is quite old, with very old furniture and bad smell. Apartment is at 3rd floor without elevator. Noise isolation is bad, and there was disturbing noise in the stairs. it was always very warm inside, despite windows opened, air conditioning would be really needed. Position is good to visit Portovenere, but the village Le Grazie is poor: 3 restaurants and a very small beach. The best is to rent boat in Portido, which is 2 min walking, and visit the area by boat.

Bien situé bien pour un court séjour
Il faudrait préciser que l’appartement est situé au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur . Très belle position par contre bien situé et très propre Le couchage dans le bureau (clic clac est de très mauvaise qualité ) Je suggère d y placer un vrai lit pour pouvoir louer pour 4 personnes Et une petite touche de bienvenue aurait été appréciée par un peu de café à dispo et une bouteille d’eau fraîche et du savon dans la douche) Prestations à hauteur du prix demandé
