The room was clean and spacious . We had a room with threes single beds and a little table and chairs. The shower room was nice. There was no reception there was lock boxes to pick up key cards from for the rooms. The price was really reasonable. The beds were very comfortable

Honetsly during my stay, i noticed broken window which was completely taken off from the wall. I was trying to open it bit was already opened😅. Thank god i did not push it otherwise it could fallen out on the properties its back side through the windows.

Staff-Excellent, Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Location was perfect for our stay. BUT..... It was described as a "Deluxe" double room. (Room No.14) - The room was very small. (Should be listed as a single room). - Power for kettle and TV socket was supplied via a workmans extension lead. - There was only one beside table. - The only place to sit was on the bed. - In the bathroom - no hot water from tap in hand basin. - Parking on site was a challenge. Very difficult to maneuver. We (my husband and I) were only there for a two night stay and what I have mentioned above will probably help the owners for their future guests. The location was perfect for the event we were attending. What little we saw of Southsea, we loved and will definitely visit again to explore, but using other accommodation.

The comfiest hotel bed I have slept on in a long while, spacious room (perfect for an overnight stay after a late night party), bathroom was spacious enough and had all the basic essentials needed. Would deffo stay again!

The apartment was clean and exactly what we was looking for as it was just a base for us to sleep and shower. The staff are friendly, unfortunately parking is not free and is quite expensive and they say there is parking in the area, unfortunately southsea/Portsmouth is on the ball with parking and is mostly only available for locals with a parking permits. If you like pubs,bars and restaurants you are in the right area as there are loads around. Yes i would stay there again.

Difficult to find - not well marked. Room was up several flights of stairs. No elevator. Room was small. Main issue was the beds were rickety, old and uncomfortable Area did not feel safe. Not a place I could stay. I found another hotel room immediately. The attendant did help with bags and did try to remedy situation.

Good location for concert, but a bit confusing on how to park for the property We requested parking thinking it would be £5 a day as per the website instructions however, was later told it was £15 per day. The on-street parking is only for 3 hours or permit holder so not much use. Room was nice and spacious however the shower was slightly awkward due to the shower head not staying fixed Overall good stay however parking was not the most ideal with having to pay an extra £10 more than advertised
