"When you first walk into the house you feel how impressive it is. Everything is set up for you to be comfortable and it's especially nice if you have children. The rooms were big downstairs and there is a lot of space for everyone to spread out. The view is amazing and sitting out on the deck looking at the water was how I spent my evenings. They have the right amount of communication and are happy to help with whatever you may need. I highly recommend and I would stay here again."

"This was the perfect space for the six members of my Dungeons & Dragons party. We booked six months in advance for our finale campaign sessions over a weekend. We had cloudy weather on the day of the finale battle in our Curse of Strahd campaign. Once we killed Strahd and freed the area of the curse, the sun came out, which was quite fitting. When we pulled up we all missed the welcome sign on the sidewalk showing the entry steps and walked to the north side of the property that also had a lock. So do look when you arrive for the sign!We brought fans and sound machines and the trains didn’t bother our group. It was fun watching the various ones pass by. The fans also came in handy in the late afternoon when the sun warmed up the building. The kitchen was the perfect size for six adults that liked to cook and have multiple snack breaks throughout the day. One brave adventurer made their way to the dock area, which is overrun by blackberries and spiders. They chose to abandon their task to find the fire pit. We used the porch and hammock, though! Another adventurer painted water colors of the view while others enjoyed the couch and chairs watching people in the water.I would stay at this property again."

"The place is super cute. The furniture in the living room was really uncomfortable so we pretty much went straight to bed. The upstairs is a little cramped and the ceilings are low, so it was difficult to move around. If you weigh more than 200lb, you may not be able to fit in the upstairs bathroom. The location is incredible! We saw deer the next morning and they weren't skittish. The drive is a little lengthy to go back and forth throughout the day. There is no washer/dryer or fireplace. Not a huge necessity, but not something I typically think to look for when booking an entire place. If we were staying longer, there was a porch with a BBQ and table, but needed to be cleaned before use. It had a lot of character and was quite charming. I would stay again, making sure to plan accordingly."

"Second stay at this fabulous comfy home. Host is great to work with and has put thought into the amenities and extras for guests. You can lounge in the deck, walk steps to the beach front or take an easy drive around the island. Food, groceries or sundries near by. Fire pit, bbq and kayaks for guest use. Quiet community, walkable if the tide is up and you can’t walk the beach. You will love a stay at this home!"
