Beautiful Guest House on private lot in San Diego County. Enjoy the use of pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor and fire pit. Enjoy gourmet kitchen: Wolf 30” gas range, Sub-zero refrigerator, and. Carrera marble countertops. This guest house was built in 2021 and is brand new construction..
Centrally located in San Diego County.

This guest house is on a property where there is another vacation rental. This means there are two vacation rentals plus the main house where the owners live. Each vacation rental guest house is a separate structure.

ALL outdoor areas including POOL and JACUZZI are shared with owners who live onsite and one other guest house! The pool and Jacuzzi are located on a private property where the owners live.

You will have full use of your private vacation guest house with four bedrooms, full kitchen, full size washer/dryer, and bathroom. Enjoy the peace and tranquility this property has to offer. House has Roku TV and WIFI.

Do NOT book and ask for a refund. We will not grant a refund as it is a complete and absolute administrative hassle.
Property owners live onsite in the main house. Guests must be able to walk up steps and on ground cover. Parking is on property in the space labeled “Serafina”. Guests will walk approximately 100 yards to the private guest house. Need to walk over bark.

Extra guests charges apply for guest of five (5) or more booked for and vary by night, season, and holiday.
AC is not to be turned on lower than 74 and heater not night than 78. Please be respectful of this and be mindful of energy conservation. AC or heater is not to be Left on when guest is not present.

All common areas of the property are under video, audio, and picture surveillance at the discretion of the owner. Administration fees will apply if host needs to contact VRBO deal with additional issues related to your reservation.

Host will charge any and all fees to guests they determine necessary to complete administrative tasks such as changing reservations, making alterations, excessive texting or contact, resolving any issues, and/or making property equipment run such as turning on the Jacuzzi. Only guests registered as staying the night in the property are allowed. All visitors must be approved in writing by owners. All pets must be pre-approved in writing. We have a pet dog..

All outdoor amenities, pool/spa and all outside grounds are shared and common space.

Pool is not heated.

Hot tub is not heated. It can be heated remotely by owner but will depend on owners’ availability. It is not guaranteed that we will heat the jacuzzi and it we will be heated once daily for a $95 an hour fees are due to high gas prices. You need to be on the property before we will heat it so we don’t waste energy. It can be heated once daily for 45 min. Additional heating requests can be accommodated for a fee. All guests are asked to be on the property before the hearing is turned on. Use of the being hot tub being hot is NOT a guarantee if staying with us! Outdoor activities and pool/jacuzzi ends at 10pm as we live in a quiet neighborhood.

Super Nice Stay

This was a weekend trip to SeaWorld for us. The property is so gorgeous. The back house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed. The jacuzzi was perfect. Owner was very attentive. Thank you for a great stay!

All around fantastic

Starting with the communication and reservation process I felt this was going to be a nice experience. I was not wrong. The hosts were most gracious, the property was gorgeous and exactly as represented, and the location was beautiful. My wife and I had a number of cycling adventures, interspersed with trips to the nearby beach towns for dining and entertainment. We had an excellent time in every regard.

The house was very clean with modern decor. Even though it was a 4 bdrm house, it was adequate and comfortable for 3 adults. The path leading to the back from the driveway (towards the house) could be cleaned up alittle, it doesn't initiate a first good impression. Parking can definitely be a problem if you have more than 2 cars. The house is in a great location and neighborhood. The reason we gave it a 4 star instead of 5 are the following: Coffee was provided but no creamer and ran out of sugar, light snacks would of been a nice touch. Ice maker wasn't working or turned off so one ice tray wasn't going to cut it. Plenty of bath towels but no face towels. At a minimum, adequate shower gel should be available and it wouldn't hurt to add shampoo and conditioner.

Perfect in Poway

This property is cute, spacious, and well equipped. The kitchen is outstanding and we appreciated the up-to-date washer and dryer. The porch overlooks a pretty yard and has a couple of rockers for relaxing outdoors. The owners are easily reached via the app and helped with any questions we had.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property

We had a great stay at this property! The house was beautiful decorated with a fabulous kitchen to use. The landscape of the property was delightful and it was nice to watch the sunsets from the porch in the rocking chairs. The host were very welcoming and even dropped of a welcome gift during the stay. Throughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely guest house in a great area

I recently needed a rental in the Rancho Bernardo/Poway area for a few days and this brand new cottage rental popped up. The kitchen has high-end appliances that I would have loved to try but there were too many restaurants to go to. There are rocking chairs on the porch (which overlooks the pool and back yard), which were perfect for a sunset glass of wine. All in all, it was a delightful, relaxing stay.
