It is not exactly what I expected. There was no elevator in our building so we had to walk up and down to and from our room. I don't expect this at a Resort. It was more of a Motel feeling. They did have room service but it was a restaurant down the road. Rooms were nice. View of the lake was nice.

This place would be absolutely amazing if I didn’t have upstairs neighbors with concrete shoes on, trying to get their step count for the day before ten a.m. I wish I was here long enough to take advantage of the beach cruisers, paddle boards and range balls. But really wish I could sleep in. Thanks for the beautiful room and the great service.

The property is cute, well designed and offers great amenities! However, our room looked like it had seen better days. There were dark stains on both the carpet and ceiling, our toilet was running/wouldn’t flush, and the door to our mini fridge wouldn’t close all the way. The bed also was VERY creaky with even the lightest sit on it. There was a small bathroom sink/counter that is poorly lit and hard to get ready at. We felt that the quality/4 star resort level they boasted was only surface level and was very much lacking in the details

I wanted to enter my room, the room was ready at 5:30 pm. The next day they were knocking on my door insisting that I leave at 11:00 p.m. even though I was not ready. Then they charged $43.00 for services that I didn't use, I didn't use the parking lot, I didn't use the pool, I didn't use the internet. $43.00 for no reason. I was even paying for an expensive enough room close to $500.00. I have never really felt such bad attention paying for something so expensive
