The incredible views and outdoor spaces of this property are exactly as pictured… truly breathtaking! Great outdoor seating options for enjoying the pool, an outdoor meal to watch a sunset, or just enjoying your morning coffee while looking out over the Mediterranean Sea. The pictures and description do not completely describe that two of the bedrooms and a bathroom are in separate apartment and downstairs from the main house. This is probably ideal for two families our couples looking for some private space. However, if traveling with children, you may not feel comfortable putting kids in another building overnight. Also, the downstairs apartment has a traditional shower, while the upstairs house only has a handheld shower to use in a bathtub (with no curtains or doors). This is likely more of a departure from American standards than for European guests. All of the mattresses need to be replaced with better quality and nicer bedding. Finally, be aware that the property is about a 1/2 kilometer on foot from the nearest vehicle drop off point with several steep hills. If you have a lot of luggage or heavy items to move, you’ll need to be prepared to get your belongings to the property. Or, Carolina can order a porter service for you at check-in and at check-out to assist (for an additional fee).The property is clean and the focus is on the outdoor spaces and water. We truly loved our time in Praiano and the Amalfi coast. Carolina was a wonderful host.
