Dimora Stasi is on the first floor of a renovated building that dates
back to the 1500. The holiday home is basic and cozy and it consists of a
large living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are communicating, 4
bathrooms with shower, dining area and kitchenette.
There are 1 double bedrooms, 2 four-bed rooms with double bed and sofa bed and a twin bedroom.

Presicce is a beautiful historic town with many worth discovering
architectural spots and it`s 10 kilometers away from the long sandy
beaches of Lido Marini, on the Ionian sea.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditionining not in all the rooms.
- The apartament is on the first floor of an historical building.
